I want to keep things brief this week. I want to listen more than I speak. Read more than I write. Learn more than I teach. Empathize more than criticize. Search within myself more than I show off to others.

Make me a channel of your peace,
Where there is hatred let me bring your love…
Where there’s despair in life, let me bring hope…
Grant that I may never seek,
So much to be consoled as to console,

Please continue to take care of yourselves, dance at home to the 7th virtual class , find joy , and spread it to the world around you.
