Love is in the Air...

...and on the Dancefloor!






Happy almost Valentine's Day!



For me, dance has always been more than just exercise. It's about that feeling of pure joy, the freedom of expression, and the incredible connection you feel with the music. 



 But more than anything, dance has been instrumental in growing the love I feel for myself and my confidence! And over the years of dancing Zumba, it’s become one of my favorite ways to practice love for myself because of its ability to boost my physical, mental, and emotional health. 



This week, as we celebrate love in all of its shapes, remember that taking care of yourself is a form of self-love too. And guess what? Zumba is a fantastic way to show your heart some serious appreciation!



  • Get those heartbeats racing: Zumba is a fantastic cardiovascular workout that gets your blood pumping and strengthens your heart muscle.



  • Say goodbye to stress: Dancing is my favorite way to  slash stress. Cardio exercise like dancing can help reduce stress hormones that are linked to risks of heart disease.



  • Feel the love: Exercise releases endorphins, those feel-good chemicals that make you happy. Add that to the warm and welcoming community you’ll find in a Zumba class and you’ll feel the love after each class for sure!



I LOVE having you as a part of our community here and on the dance floor! This week let’s celebrate the love we have for ourselves and one another by dancing together in class and online. 



Here’s to a year of healthy and love-filled hearts ahead!
