Do you feel ready for the summer that has somehow snuck up on us?!

Second-guessing as we head into a new season is to be expected~~ but it's nothing you can't handle when equipped with the right confidence boost!



As I've shared time and again, dance fitness has transformed my life on and OFF the dance floor, from the additional comfort I feel in my own skin to the resilience I have to handle more difficult things thrown my way.



Whatever fun, challenges, or daunting beach gatherings on the horizon, you can take steps NOW that will have you holding your head high this summer!

  • Small Steps Lead to Big Success: Feeling confident is about more than how you look, it's about knowing what you are capable of! The best way to grow your capabilities is by setting small goals and making them reachable! Try this month's new "Confi-dance Cure" 30 minute ON-Demand Class with additional verbal cues and easier to follow moves that will make you feel successful in no time!



  • Embrace the Fun, Not Perfection: Our classes are never about nailing every move perfectly-- but rather getting caught up in the fun, releasing stress, and feeling FREE! "FREE 2 B U" is an hour long class that encourages you to stop worrying about following along and instead showcase your own flavor!



  • Break Out of Your Comfort Zone to Feel Brave: Challenging yourself occasionally with a difficult move or a new routine helps you discover your body's strength and potential. The things that once seemed impossible suddenly become more within reach; the unfamiliar and uncomfortable become no big deal! Experiment with a wide range of different musical rhythms in "Rainbow Rhythm" (1 hour) or test your skills with a "Balance Boost" (10 mins.) or "Lower Body Burn" (15 mins) to see what you are made of!



Feeling more confident-- in your body AND your mind- is not something many of us are born with, but it is possible through the action we choose to DO!
